Hyphae led a building integrated landscape approach integrating stormwater treatment into on-structure planters, providing functional and lush exterior courtyard between the surrounding apartment units.
Specific themes, geometries, and materials were carried through from concept to construction.
Each courtyard creates a different experience, balancing social programs within a fabric of stormwater treatment and integrated rooftop planters.
An edible garden is located adjacent to an outdoor grilling and dining area, accessible to all residents.
Espaliered fruit trees are planted alongside fragrant herbs, like lavender and thyme.
